Dominec Fellgeebal

Dominec Fellgeebal is the son of two members of House Fellgeebal making him a member of and the current lord and Patriarch of House Fellgeebal. Dominec Fellgeebal would come to marry Ellia Fellgeebal of whom he fell deeply in love with, and her death during the conflict with Harrenhall was the final nail that shattered him emotionally. With Ellia Fellgeebal he would have four children in the form of Ardor, Elbora, Rigg, and Tulsi Fellgeebal of which Ardor was the long time heir of House Fellgeebal but was killed during the disasterous defeat of the Dole against Harrenhall, while Elbora would due in captivity alongside her mother Ellia, Rigg would become the new heir of House Fellgeebal and would have a burning desire for revenge for his family, while finally Tulsi would be married into House Grundmun as a final measure of securing the alliance.

Dominic Fellgeebal was born in the city of Kingsgrave where he would grow close to two young nobles around the same age as him in the form of Gale Everdeen, and Grega Grundmun of which he was nearly always around one of the two. Dominec Fellgeebal would take part in the Harrenhall-Dole War where he would witness the death of his beloved heir right in front of him, and following this he spent four years under captivity until finally he was ransomed back to his family by the forces of House Strong who had already taken his son and towards the end of his capture they had also taken his sword hand. Dominec Fellgeebal would return from captivity a shell of his former self, and during this emotional time for him he would become menipulated by Luca Grundmun into turning against House Everdeen, and in this way he would take part in the Fall of House Everdeen.

History

Early History

Dominic Fellgeebal was born in the city of Kingsgrave where he would grow close to two young nobles around the same age as him in the form of Gale Everdeen, and Grega Grundmun of which he was nearly always around one of the two.

The First Harrenhall-Dole War

The Destruction of Dole Hundreds of Thousands would perish in the fighting. In the end though Katniss Everdeen my family died out there, and the reason they died...the reason all of them died was because your father was a coward. You will pay for his crimes. I will make you pay for his crimes.

“The The Dolish were a people that represented in the beggining everything that was an honorable member of society. As they fought we marveled at the honor they fought with, and the determination that they died with, and as time went on a small sliver of fear ran up my back that they would fight to the last. When we burned down their villages, massdacred their armies, and took their women for slaves there attitude changed very quickly.” — Robert Strong Dole was always an enemy of House Strong, since the first days of House Strong entering Westros the Dolish people had for whatever reason come to absolutely hate the members of Harrenhall who they believed looked down on the Dolish and their way of living. Dole and Harrenhall having had a long and dirty history between eachother and this usually ignites into war over some meaningless town between the two or some stupid insult leveled at the other Houses. In this case the leader of Dole at the time ordered the murder of several Harrenhall tradesmen in an attempt to control trade in the center of the Dolish Peninsula. Robert Strong the leader of the Harrenhall city and kingdom demanded revenge, but was calmed by his best friend Davos Seaworth, and instead sent diplomats to the Dolish to try and discuss how to end the conflict peacefully. Instead of talking the Dolish would execute the diplomats and send their bodies in pieces back to the capital. These murders were too much for even Davos to argue against and Robert was finally able to rouse enough support to lead a revenge killing in which Robert Strong rode with two thousand horses and burned down an entire Dole village. The killing would be hundreds, as the Dolish were unspuspecting, and Robert burned several more villages, before they finally stopped and returned to Harrenhall. “The The Dolish were a people that represented in the beggining everything that was an honorable member of society. When we burned down their villages, massdacred their armies, and took their women for slaves there attitude changed very quickly.” — Robert Strong With this act the two went to war, and the war was at first heavily favored by the Dolish who enjoyed a massive superiority in numbers but as time went on the superior skills, and equipment of Harrenhall coupled with brilliant maneuvers by Stannis Strong led the Dolish to begin to lose the war. In one particular battle the forces of House Strong were led by Robert Strong with some three thousand cavalry while his brother Stannis, and Davos Seaworth led another two thousand cavalry and three thousand infantry around the side, and during this battle the two forces defeated an army of some thirty thousand Dolish. Following this defeat the Strong forces would move against the cultural capital of Kingsgrave where they would easily enter the un-walled city and they took cultural artifacts and basically burned the capital of the Dolish people to the ground. This series of defeats led to the Dolish besieging the House Strong town of Wurzberg where they besieged it with well over one hundred thousand men against fewer then thirty thousand on the defenders side. The siege went on for well over a year with the Dolish unable to properly besiege the town and taking increasingly large casualties to both the battle and even larger to desertions as the clan leaders returned to their homes for the winter. As the Dolish retreated from the siege the large forces of Harrenhall who were barely even damaged moved themselves and begin harassing the much larger force as it made its way back to Dole. Every time the Dolish attempted to battle the forces of Harrenhall they retreated and since the command of the Dolish was weaker many clans walked in wrong directions and were massacred as they drifted from the main force. This continued for weeks until completely exhausted and nearly at the point of breaking the forces of Dole stood their ground and a large land battle took place which led the destruction of much of the Dolish forces and minimal casualties to the Harrenhall forces. Treaty of Kingsgrave The massacres of the retreating Dolish forces were seen differently by many among the armies, but either way the leader of the Dolish was dead during the battle, and the remaining clan leaders sent out word to the Harrenhall army that they wished to parlay, and with the cavalry army of Stannis Strong still running rampant in northern Dole the meeting was to be held at Kingsgrave. With no bargaining power left and a well organized army on its doorstep the Dolish leadership would surrender unconditionally to the forces of Harrenhall. With the surrender they gave two major concessions to the forces of Harrenhall including the independence of two large regions west of Harrenhall in the form of the Realm of Dolentia, and the Republic of Karrenhall of which both were led by puppets for the forces of Harrenhall.

Fall of House Everdeen

The Fall of House Everdeen I watched my entire family die. Do you understand at all what that was like? Do you even have an ounce of emotion for what happened to me...I don't want your pity. I just want you to do what you swore to do.

“Doing this Katniss is the only way I can see getting back what I lost for this family. I tried my hardest in the south...it just...it just wasn't enough. I'm sorry that my failure against Harrenhall has cost this family so much. I'm so sorry Katniss that this is what we will now be known for.” — Gale Everdeen Following the Dolish-Harrenhall War the situation in Dole was one that became increasingly dire, and even the moral fabric, and societal rules of Dole would increasingly collapse as the economic situation deteriorated due to the greed of Dolish merchants and the failings of the emotionally devastated Dolish nobility leading the deaths of many nobles. As this collapse happened the vassals of House Everdeen would rise against their leader led by two of House Everdeen's larger vassals in the form of Luca Grundmun, and Dominec Fellgeebal of which Luca had an immense hatred for Gale Everdeen due to the death of two of Luca's sons in the war against Harrenhall which he blamed Gale for. In an effort to rebuild relations with his vassals it would be Gale Everdeen of whom would agree to marry his sister Nettle Everdeen into House Grundmun, and thus he traveled to the estate of House Grundmun with his entire family leaving only Katniss and Primrose behind. Once Gale had left the city House Grundmun had sent dozens of their men into Kingsgrave where they threatened the few remaining Everdeen loyalists including killing several, and with this they begin their plot to turn Kingsgrave into their own land by destroying House Everdeen. “I tried my best my daughter. I just made things worse...” — Gale Everdeen Following through on the arrangement travelling to Greenmore west of Kingsgrave they would be greeted at the outline to the city by several influential vassals of theirs of whom seemed very happy to rebuild the relationship and led Gale and his family to the estate of House Grundmun. Upon arriving there the lords would quickly move away from them and a large crowd formed all around them hundreds strong, and standing there unable to get inside the locked gates they were utterly embarrassed in the courtyard outside House Grundmun's home by being rejected from entering or being worthy of marrying into their family and then following this they were pelted by rocks which badly injured Katniss's aunt and three of their four guards were kidnapped by the forces of House Grundmun. The Death of Octa Everdeen was a blow that shook Katniss to her very core. Following her death, and the death of basically all members of House Everdeen it would fall to Katniss to try and rebuild what she could not truly understand had been damaged, and for what reason had it been damaged for. The rest of the family would be held for two days in a small house outside of the city where they were treated kindly before after two days for seemingly no reason they were released and sent home to Kingsgrave. Arriving back at Kingsgrave they were met at the city outskirts by several of their Kingsgrave vassals who had by this point heard of the events in Greenmore and they all revealed that they were also now unwilling to assist House Everdeen, and as they passed down the road towards their estate they were pelted by food and insults by crowds of hundreds of whom had all been turned against House Everdeen by House Grundmun while they were locked in the home for days. For Katniss when her family had left it was nearly the next day when men arrived at the Everdeen estate and after talking to the House Everdeen guards and servents many of these servents and guards left without a word leaving a much diminished group behind and only three guardsmen of the families original thirty. Trying her best to lead her family while her family was away she would make her first forays into the city meeting several of her families vassals of whom none would reveal anything to her, and the closest she got was with House Melark where Peeta Melark revealed to her on her way out of the Melark estate that House Grundmun had sent people to Kingsgrave stating that the time of House Everdeen was coming to an end. “I watched my entire family die. I just want you to do what you swore to do.” — Katniss Everdeen Following their return the House Everdeen estate would be surrounded by hundreds of men, women, and children bribed by House Grundmun in order to keep House Everdeen locked within their estate and even if they had wanted to leave the members who had travelled to Greenmore would begin to become sick several hours after their return. While these members grew sicker outside of the estate it was House Grundmun that arrived in the city in their full numbers where they would summon the council of Kingsgrave and using fake evidence and outright lies they would have many of the titles of House Everdeen stripped from them including the most important in the Lord of Kingsgrave leaving House Everdeen mere counts in the city of Kingsgrave. While there power was stripped from them outside of the estate inside it was Gale that died first bleeding from all the pores of his body, and following his death Katniss forced her way through the crowd and using what little wealth remained of her family she hired several physiciations to return and try to save her mother, aunt, and brother. Katniss during this search did not know that she did not actually have enough money but these doctors were promiced more by Peeta Melark of whom had been watching the estate and seeing her sneaking out of the estate had followed her and assisted her in the best way that he could. By the time she returned with the doctors her aunt was already dead, and her mother would die only minutes after her return leaving just her brother alive, and following a brief look at her brother the doctors would leave saying there was nothing they could do for him. Realizing her brother was going to die as well she sent Primrose away so she wouldn't watch him die and then held her brother while he bled out from his pores the same was as her mother, aunt, and father had.
