House Cera - NEW
House Cera
is a medium sized Vandal house that makes its home in the central Lucernian town of Brill, and has become known for their banking. House Cera is the sworn house of House Hale, and has silently been a part of this arrangement for years, as House Hale silently uses its sworn houses to control the banking that goes on throughout the Kingdom of Lucerne. House Hale never became as rich as the other sworn houses because of the fact that they were in Brill which had little of the endless wealth of the larger towns such as Lucerne, Stormwind, or Forks, and because of this they have been forced to attempt to expand their portfolio to include other elements.

The Sigil of House Cera is a yellow star surrounded by a Black Circle with a broad outlying of Red. The Words of House Cera are "The Coin Purse Slips" and this is a joke about there supposed inability to spend money.

House Cera entered the Valley of Lucerne alongside the majority of the other incoming Vandals, and during this time they found themselves as the money lenders in the town of Brill. As their control and wealth increased they came under the eye of the very wealthy House Hale of whom convinsed them into joining their network of money lending houses. Through this arrangement they found themselves getting even more wealthy and through this they built their modest begginings into something they could be truly proud of.
