House Tyrell is a major gothic House that resides in the Kingdom of Lucerne city of Tree Hill, as well as controlling as their own the town of Highgarden, and the acting Arch Duke of the State of The Reach. House Tyrell was once the most powerful house inside the Valley of Lucerne but they for a long time traded being the vassal of one house to another of which they spent time as the vassal of House Scott a position that they do not at all enjoy, but this begin to change as they took control of The Reach through their seat in Highgarden. It is currently led by Mace Tyrell II. of whom is known throughout the kingdom as a weak willed man, but who in his own lands has done great things despite this reputation. House Tyrell is the Lord of the state of Highgarden, and from here they dominate a wide swathe of eastern Lucerne and are one of the richest houses in terms of actual wealth and population.
The motto of House Tyrell is "Growing Strong" of which is a motto based on the fact that they have attempted to always grow their family with strength. House Tyrell is thought by many to be no better then a House Lannister in that they basically appear to have no morals when it comes to anything other then protecting their own house. The coat of arms of House Tyrell is a golden rose that is arrayed over a green field and this has to do with the ancient homeland of the Goth people.
House Tyrell are Gothic, and they have been one of the most powerful Gothic Houses inside the Kingdom of Lucerne since their rise before the Driving Tide. Members of the family tend to have curly brown hair and brown or golden eyes, and this is a unique part of their ethnic qualities.
It is currently led by Mace Tyrell II of whom has led the house since the death of his father Olenna Tyrell of whom was a menipulative man that has tarnished much of the reputation which might have seemed difficult after the behavior of his father Mastir Tyrell who destroyed House Targaryan. Mace's oldest son in the form of Willas Tyrell of whom is an extremely intelligent leader of whom was crippled as a child while fighting on horseback. His third son Loras is a noted tournament knight and was the lover of Kristen Trachtenberg before the First Battle of Tree Hill. Despite this control the members of House Tyrell are still the vassals of House Scott, and are forced to watch as they are now the equal level as several of their old vassals and being led by their old knightly house in House Scott.
While House Tyrell does have an estate inside the city of Tree Hill it also maintains a tight control over the port of Highgarden to the southeast of Tree Hill and is the seat of their control of the State of The Reach. Many members of Tree Hill that survived the Fall of Tree Hill did so because they were at Highgarden during the conflict. Highgarden was once just a mighty castle, but it has grown throughout the swamp lands it inhabits to the point that it now dominates several villages, and has the town of Highgarden sprawling around it. In Highgarden the true strength of House Tyrell lies, and it is their control of Highgarden that has made them extremely rich and influencial. Following the rise of William Lovie III. the vast expanses that were once simply known as Highgarden were broken up into several new provinces of which added together created the State of Highgarden of which fell within the Grand State of Tree Hill.
For the earliest history of the Valley of Lucerne post the destruction of Numeron, and the Great Migration House Tyrell controlled the city of Forks which was the only major city of the valley. During the events of the Driving Tide House Tyrell followed their loyal vassal house Lovie in their campaign to save the Dwarves of Lucerne, but discovered following the conflict that House Lovie was in control now of the entire valley. They held the city of Forks following the founding of the Kingdom of Lucerne, but the leadership of of William Lovie led to the conquering of that town after House Tyrell's leadership surrendered rather then be destroyed by the Dragon of William Lovie. They remained in Forks very briefly before they accompanied House Targaryan to Tree Hill. They became a vassal House of House Targaryan before they caused the destruction of House Targaryan and then from their hoped they would be named the new Lord of Tree Hill but instead watched as James Lovie gave that honor to the upstart House Scott. Following this slight House Tyrell would begin to spend more time building up Highgarden especially after Mace Tyrell II. was placed in charge of the town while his father Olenna stayed in Tree HIll and continued to control their powerbase there.
The members of House Tyrell were originally made up of Goths who are a germanic tribe originally from Kizlev. They were some of the first to flee modern day Kizlev, and bypassed The Empire, and made almost a straight route towards the Valley of Lucerne.
Because of this straight direction they were one of the first germanic houses to enter Forks, and in this way they were larger then the others when they arrived as well. As the largest house they made sure to gain the loyalty of any house that wished to enter the city, and if you were not loyal then you could go elsewhere. In this way they had nine vassal houses by the time of Driving Tide.

We can let the Dwarves fight on there own. There is no question that option will save the most of our children and family. For now. But what happens when we abandon the Dwarves and the Goblins take the Mountains...We lose everything.
The Driving Tide burst onto the scene when William Lovie returned to Forks on the back of a dragon, and following this a group of Dwarves entered Forks begging for assistance against the goblins. As the Dwarves left the council of Forks met, and their was fierce debate about what should be done with William Lovie leading the charge alongside House Tyrell, House Targaryan, and House Swan in assisting the Dwarves in exchange for the Dwarves assisting them. There support was countered by the opposition of House Cash, House Arryn, and House Clegane who believed it wasn't their problem so it should be ignored. With the Forks council at a complete stalemate, the auxiliary House Hale who was one of the richest houses in Forks became interested in gaining more influence and with William Lovie now having a dragon they decided that his wagon was the one they wanted to hitch themselves to. To show their support of William Lovie and his House Lovie they went to William and offered to supply him with all the armor, and weapons that his house as well as House Swan, and Targaryan. With this advantage to them it became clear that the Lovie alliance was going to choose the way Forks would go in the Driving Tide.
With House Lovie, House Targaryan, and House Swan now militarily very strong it would be William that would come to the home of Mace Tyrell of whom was still for all intensive purposes still William's king, and would basically apologize to him for having to make him so much smaller then he had been. The two would eventually come to an understanding and in this understanding Mace Tyrell would join him on the battlefield where before he had planned to sit aside while House Lovie's alliance he now decided to move the entire strength of House Tyrell with him. In this way House Hale The decision of House Hale to assist the effort of William Lovie, and House Lovie meant that House Tyrell had no choice but to ignore the wishes of the House Arryn alliance and force their involvement in the Driving Tide. With no one left to resist the forces of Forks and the nearby regions begin massing north of the city for the campaign that would from this point on be called the Driving Tide.
The First Battle of the Gate
The First Battle of the Gate was the battle fought as the Goblins attempted to defeat the Humans before they could gain enough strength to effectively assist the Dwarves. As the forces of Forks moved forward William Lovie on Stragnarax rode far ahead and scouted out the mountains. When William arrived at the mountains they could see the massive number of Goblins that were hiding amongst the stones of the mountain, and thus it was clear they were going to attempt to ambush the Forks army. He was told by Stranganarx that the Goblins of the mountains had been building their strength for many years and what he saw there was nothing more then a small fraction of their total force. Realizing that even a victory on that field wouldn't completely mean victory in the war he knew he would need to eventually meet with the forces of the Dwarves so that their combined armies could completely defeat the Goblins. Stragnarax would take him back to Forks and during the trip he asked Stragnarax whether any dragons could come to their aid, and while Stragnarax wanted to help the Lucernians and his friend in William Lovie he still did not trust the humans enough to intervene on that scale. Upon his return to Forks he called all the Nobles that were there to a meeting where he would make everyone understand how dire the situation was, and the consequences if they did not deal with the Goblins now. When he returned to the army William took the lead in planning and devised a strategy where they would set up camp in front of the mountain making it appear that they were going to sleep but when the Goblins charged forward they would be ready for them and would massacre them in the open.
House Tyrell for the first time saw their power truly slipping away and attempted to argue against the plan but at this point even House Tyrell's allies were not supporting them and this led to William's plan being followed. In a huge coup the members of House Lovie gained the upper hand in the city of Forks in a way that had never occured before. Mace Tyrell would try and storm out of the meeting but he was stopped by his bannermen of whom warned him that the momentum had shifted and that he might be killed if they didn't side with the alliance of House Lovie. So everyone including House Arryn would join the massive army that was preparing to march to the valley beneath the mountains to ambush the goblin army.
The Night Goblins had sent scouts to follow all of the dwarf messengers, and were aware that the Forks army was on its way to assist. The moment they became aware, the Night Goblin leader sent his luitenant Greshak to ambush them at the gate. This ambush would have been completely disasterous for the entire war had it not been for the stupidity of the goblin liutenant Greshak. The Goblin commander decided that since the Lucernians camped at the outside of the gateway in then he would be able to attack them while they slept. This would mean even fewer casualties and a complete destruction of Lucernes army. The reason that he had been told to ambush the humans was that the Lucernians were waiting for the Dwarves to arrive, and had been warned that they should not sit idle while sitting out front the gate. For this reason the Lucernians had barricaded their camp completely, and were 100% ready for any attack.
To further complicate matters for the goblins the Humans now had the service of Stragnarax, and he was flying in the sky. While flying he noticed the goblins hiding in the hills of the entrance. With this knowledge he telepathically contacted William Lovie, and further warned him. With this warning the forces of Lucerne prepared for nightfall and the eventual attack that was coming.
The First Battle of the Gate
When darkness descended on the hills the Goblin army charged out of their hiding spots, and encircled the Human camp. The human defenders had been prepared for this so when the first goblin got near, the human archers begin unloading arrows on them. In their current position the goblins were completely exposed, and took huge casualties before they even reached the human camp. When they did reach the camp they found the entrances to the camp heavily barricaded, and the few entrances were extremely well gaurded. The Goblins found themselves completely under fire and unable to break through into the camp.
It was at this low point in the battle that a massacre was about to take place. Stragnarax and William Lovie rode to the center of the Goblin army, and engaged the goblin commander. The two fought very briefly before William killed him, and Stragnarax rained fire on the goblins. The center of the goblins was gone, and now they broke completely. When the goblins broke and ran, the humans chased behind, and fewer then 5% of the massive goblin army survived to make it back to the gate.
Goblin Counter Attack
While the loss of the army at the Gate wasn't good for the Goblins they had nearly unlimated forces at this point and thus they wanted to keep up the pressure so they hastily re-launched their attack on Karak Mulger which was still attempting to repair the damage to their defences. The Battle was a tough fight but again the Goblins were pushed back by the determined Dwarves who were at this point beggining to recieve reinforcements from Karak Izor as the situation out front the gate had somewhat stabalized the hole warzone.
Second Battle of Karak Izor
After the disasterous First battle of the Gate, and the following defeat they suffered during the Karak Mulger, the Night Goblins became even more aggressive in their attacks. The Goblins moved many of their forces to the far back of the conflict where they launched a series of raids against the unprepared Karak Izor who didn't think they could be hit. In this lack of preperation the Goblins had found a series of mines that were abandoned and through them they were able to sneak there way inside the Hold itself where once inside a series of desperate battles were fought which together are called the First Battle of Karak Izor. The Dwarves were able to keep the goblins out of the main hold itself but as they defeated the advances they found the goblins had hunkered down into the shadows and were now launching constant geurilla raids against Karak Izor. While these attacks were of little actual consequence they forced a large amount of their forces to move into the tunnels attempting to rid them of goblins instead of moving towards Karak Izor.
Fall of Karak Mulger
As the Night Goblins attacked the Dwarf Hold of Karak Izor their main thrust came out when their huge forces attacked the recovering fortress of Karak Mulger. The Dwarves had still been working on the repairs to the Hold, and because of the swiftness of the attack the Goblins were able to mass themselves at all entrances to the Hold, and had it completely surrounded. As the Dwarves prepared to accept the charge of the endless Goblins they were all shocked as the Goblins burst through tunnels in the deepest core of Karak Mulger. With these breaches the Dwarves were forced to pull forces from their strong points, and this was exactly what the Goblins had wanted them to do. The moment the Dwarves moved from the fortress the Goblins begin overruning the defences at every entrance. The moment of the fall of the Hold was at hand, and everyone involved knew what was happening as the entrances, and the Dwarves were pushed back completely. The Dwarves that had went to react to the burrowing Goblins now discovered their fellow Dwarves retreating into the core of the Hold, and with this the thousands of Dwarves left prepared for their last stand. The Nigh Goblins massed their thousands and then charged the beligured Dwarves before the forces of Karak Izor could once again intervene and possibly save what little remained of the hold. The Dwarves held the gateways into the core for more then two hours before the last Gate Gaurd was pulled apart, and with this the Goblins were inside the walls, and they proceeded to massacre the remaining Dwarves inside the Hold.
The Final Battles
With Karak Mulger overrun the goblins believed themselves to have the upper hand. In this high for the Night Goblins their scouts reported that the human army had regrouped and was now on its way to the gate with the obvious intentions of retaking Karak Mulgar. The Night Goblin leader knew he didn't have the hold neccessary to be able to maintain control of Karak Mulgar, and if the humans did enter the mountains and team up with the Dwarves, the Night Goblins could possbily lose the war. With this in mind the Goblin commander pulled his forces from the siege of Karak Izor, and left a large force their to hold the Dwarves in place. He then took the entire Night Goblin army and headed to the gates of Lucerne. When William Lovie, and the Lucernian army arrived at the gate they saw the massive Goblin Army arrayed in front of them. In this moment the two armies just stared eachother down. Each side wanting to be the ones with initative this caused the two armies to charge eachother.
Third Battle of Karak Izor
While the Goblin army was leaving to attack the humans at the gate, the Dwarven King of Karak Izor, and Karak Mulger gathered their entire army and launched a shock attack at the goblin army that had remained to hold them in place. So much hate was on the side of the Dwarves, and so sudden was the attack, the goblin army barely even got out of their beds before the Dwarves had completely wiped them out. With this victory the Dwarves moved themselves behind the army of the Nigh Goblins.
Second Battle at the Gates
The Goblins had been prepared to meet the forces of the Humans, and at the final days before the Battle they knew there would also be Dwarves from the more western Holds but what they did not understand was that in the days before the Second Battle of the Gates Stragnarax would travel into the Mountains and gather his entire White Dovah and command they following him into the Battle which would bring thousands of Draknoids, and hundreds of full Drakes into the Mountains just north of Lucerne awaiting the arrival of the Goblins.

With the Lovie Family now in charge of the Kingdom , and House Swan becoming the dominent figure in Forks, House Tyrell was at a crossroads. They wanted to retain the power they once had but didn't see that as possible in Forks. This belief led them to moving to Tree Hill . This decision was once again a bad long term decision by House Tyrell, as it would eventually lead to their destruction in the Fall of Tree Hill. During their time in Tree Hill they watched bitterly as William Lovie placed House Targaryan into the position of Lord of the city, and in this way they were one more time ignored in favor of personal relationships on the part of House Lovie.

| Fall of House Targaryan |
Once there were three friends that had started the Kingdom of Lucerne. Today we say goodbye to one of our friends, and hello to a new world without one third of our hearts.
Aryes Targaryan II. would be the Lord of Tree hill following the death of his father Aryes Targaryan I. and he would oversee the complete embarrassment of his House from Lucerne. His reign started simply enough but it took a dramatic and horrifying turn when there was a hostage situation caused by two vassal houses in House June against House Cash. The two houses had been stuck in a battle over some farm land east of the city, and were unable to solve it diplomatically, and some of the more headstrong members of the two families had gotten into a fight at a tavern where two members of House Cash ended up dying alongside several guards for each house. When Aryes went to the estate of house June in order to solve the problem he was accidentally taken hostage by the House June honor guard and during the early part of the captivity he was tortured using a fire pick against his arms. Eventually a member of House June entered the honor guard station and discovered the beaten body of Aryes targaryan, and having never meant for that to happen House June immediately let him go, but the damage was done.
Destruction of House June
When Aryes targaryan returned to tree hill he withdrew himself into the keep of Tree Hill and basically disappeared from the public eye for almost a year. During this time he was tended to through the dropping of food at the door, and only his sister Shaelenia was allowed to come into his room, and even she is said to have been kept at a great distance by the now disturbed Aryes Targaryan. When he finally came out of his office he was completed unkeped and he had nails that were insanely long. He had dropped an immense weight due to the fact that he had eaten so little over the time he was hidden. But on top of the physical change he was emotionally changed as well as he had become unhinged mentally and now saw visions, and heard voices. The once quiet peacemaker ordered the Tree Hill army to march on the House June estate and kill everyone inside. As this was happening and over the year previous the leadership of House Tyrell had been making movements in order to sap the support of House Targaryan, and knowing that the Targaryans would most likely take revenge for the imprisonement of Aryes the Tyrell's would promice both House June, and House Cash that they would come to their aid in the event that the Targaryans attacked them. The Tree Hill army acting under the command of Aryes Targaryan would marshal and besieged the House June where they would surrender themselves only a few days into the siege, as it was clear that outside assistence was not coming in the form of House Tyrell of whom had promiced them they would help them. As this happened the army of the Tyrells would arrive from Highgarden, and they joined the more southern Stormlands houses as the siege continied of the small hold of House June.
Aryes at this point would arrive at the estate and despite hearing the pleas of House June that they had no meant to imprison the Lord of House Targaryan he wouldn't hear it and killed the two June members that had come under the protection of the Guest Right, and following this commanded his army to massacre everyone inside the castle. When many of the houses refused this Aryes turned to his brother Aegon Targaryan of whom led the Targaryan forces into the now opened castle where they killed everyone inside. When the massacre was complete the city was shocked at the near complete destruction of a large noble house (with only the youngest son, and his sister surviving the massacre due to the intervention of Drunten Targaryan), but in this instance the city felt that since house June had started it perhaps this action was necessary. The next retaliation of Aryes targaryan was far beyond the acceptable scenario of tree hill though, and it was finally the moment the large Tyrell at the edge of the city had waited for.
Destruction of House Cash
House cash was the other house involved in what Aryes came to believe was a plot to capture and embarrass him, so Aryes once again ordered the tree hill army to do his bidding through the destruction of House Cash. Unfortunately for Aryes the army wasn't willing to destroy House Cash so Aryes was forced to turn to the House Targaryan honor gaurd who moved quickly in the massacre. The honor gaurd moved throughout the house cash home and murdered nearly the entire house in a three hour battle that spilled into the street and ended up leading to the deaths of almost 200 people. With this kind of death count the people of Tree Hill turned swiftly against House Targaryan and their started to be open resisting against their movements. As this rebellion continued the ire of House Lovie was brought in through the involvement of James Lovie who left Lucerne in a convoy to Tree Hill and would arrive in a week.
House Targaryan was now in open revolt amongst themselves as well as Aegon Targaryan said they must all stay together but Drunten Targaryan wanted to hand over Aryes Targaryan and try to appease the mobs that were out for blood now. This blood lust was spilling into the streets as the members were being verbally and physically attacked in the streets after the massacre of House Cash of which caused them to have to hide themselves into their estate within the city. The House Targaryan estate was what the current Scott Keep was and thus it was built into the cliffs in the center of the city, and from this it was extremely heavily defended, but by this point the Tyrells had picked their side. The Tyrells would lead the army of Tree Hill in sieging the Targaryan estate, and they were able to kill a large number of the Targaryan honor gaurd during the intial assaults on the keep. In only two days following James Lovie getting the letter and leaving Lucerne the House Targaryan estate became under siege by the citizens of Tree Hill along with House Scott, and House Tyrell. The siege continued for three more days before the gate of the estate was finnally breached, and the city waited with held breath for what the people would do as punishment to House Targaryan. The siegers entered the estate and begin gathering together all of House Targaryn and before House Scott - who didn't want violence done before James Lovie arrived - could stop it the House was marched to the center of Tree Hill where House Tyrell had erected a temporary executioners square. As this was happening several of the more level headed houses joined with House Scott where they massed themselves in a possible belief that they might storm the square and fight the Tyrells over the violence they were doing. Over the course of three hours the members of House Targaryan were brought to stand before the city of Tree Hill, and depending on the wishes of the city they were exectuted. The violence reached its apex as the Tyrells executed Shaelenia Targaryan the young sister of Aryes but before they did a man of House Lonmout would sexually violate her as her head was bound prepared to be killed, and this caused the already insane Aryes to go completely insane. The last to be judged was Aryes Targaryan, and before he could say a word Kraven June the eleven year old surviving member of House June stepped forward and stabbed Aryes Targaryan through the neck killing him. With the trials all done the surviving members of House Targaryan retreated back to their estate where there was full scale looting underway. House Scott moved into the estate and offered House Targaryan protection, and it was this act that basically saved what remained of House Targaryan.
In the end in the four hour trial of House Targaryan thirty two members of the House were dead including its patriarch in Aryes Targaryan II., and the remainder were in the custody of House Scott of whom had taken them alongside the rest of the houses allied to the Scotts and fled outside of the city. By this point the Tyrells had gone completely in on retaking Tree Hill, and trying to gain back what they had lost with the rise of House Lovie, and so they massed their forces and moved towards the Scotts in a movement that if it had more time would have resulted in a battle between the Scott forces, and the Tyrell's. Before the two could fight though the arrival of the vangaurd of the Lovie forces in House Swan would stop any further violence, and as the Swan troops entered the city they would alongside several neutral houses move to stop the rioting in the streets that the Tyrells had incited.
Arrival of James Lovie

When James Lovie arrived in Tree Hill his worse fears were realized as he walked amongst the ruins of the center of the town and the piles of bodies that he discovered. As he saw the body of Aryes Targaryan he was approached by the leadership of Tree Hill of whome was their to explain to him what had happened to House Targaryan. As each house told him that House Tyrell was responsible he finally came to House Tyrell and prepared to meet their delagation. House Tyrell at the time was led by Mastir Tyrell and he would meet the King of Lucerne at the burnt out remains hobbled together alongside his young son Olenna Tyrell and his other family members. When he met with James Lovie he nearly assumed that House Tyrell was going to be given command, as Mastir didn't see anyone elce who was even possible outside of House Scott, and House June but House June was nearly destroyed. So when James Lovie said to him that he would have to think about what the next step was Mastir became agitated and nearly spoke with hostility towards James, but he was silenced by his brother before he would have been executed.
When James left he went with his gaurd to find House Scott who many had said acted with courage when they saved the remainder of House Targaryan who were now under the protection of House Lovie. With House Scott were the remainder of House Targaryan and the only male of any true age was Aemon Targaryan and when he arrived he wanted to know from Aemon what he thought he should do. When he found Aemon he was gathering together the members of his family, and preparing to leave. James wanted him to stay and continue as the Lord of the city but Aemon knew that their time in Tree Hill was done. No matter what they did, or how they acted their image was tarnished and House Tyrell would kill the rest of them if they wanted. James relented after a time, and accepted that one part of the triumverate that had created the Kingdom of Lucerne was gone, and he attemted to get his advise on who they should pass the lordship too. Aemon thought was that they should pass it to House Scott as they were the only ones who kept their head right when the bad stuff started happening. James Lovie would take this into regard, and also under the advise of Jacob Vorn he would command that the Arch Duke of Tree Hill would be House Scott, and that if the Tyrells made any attempt to remove the Scott's then the Tyrells would be branded enemies of the Kingdom of Lucerne, and hunted to the ends of the Earth.

Main Article : First Battle of Tree Hill
- "The insanity that leads a man to turn on his people. The madness filled him to the brim until the point came that he snapped. There was no stopping it. It was all blood and death."
- -Earl Scott
With the command of the city falling out of the hands of Earl Scott the vacum of power fell to the hands of Sayden Nighting of whom was told by Bill Lovie that the Orcs were incoming and was promised the Lordship of Tree Hill for his assistence in destroying Tree Hill. As fate would have it, not only was most of the Tree Hill army not at their post because of the trade meeting in Forks. But the leader of the Army, and Lord of Tree Hill Earl Scott was also not in Tree Hill when the attack was underway. This meant that the city which would have already been in serious trouble due to the suprise attack which was incoming were nearly completely at the mercy of the orcs without the majority of their army in the actual city. While significant number of nobles were in the town as Bill hade not made the trip something anyone outside of Earl Scott was even allowed to go the devestation was incredible in the early moments.
- "I was walking around the edges of the garden when I heard the noise. It was a sound I had never heard before in my life but it was defenaing in its scope, and horrifying in its pitch. It was the sound of a city dying I just didn't know it at the time."
- -Margaery Tyrell
The Orcs moved across the plains in as perfect a following of the directions they had been given by the Circle of Magi as the Orcs were probably capable of. Destroying two villages as they moved they overran the outkeep that gaurded the inital approach to the city. While the outkeeps were meant to have been occupied by nearly fifty men each the deployment scheduales had been purposly screwed up by Sayden Nighting. With the outkeeps not alerting to an attack the Orcs were on the doorstep before anyone knew what had happened, and it was in that moment that the fate of the city was sealed. The Orc army was within 100 feet of the gates when the first gaurd saw there arrival, and scanning across the field it was a blanket of green as the Orcs were seemingly endless in number. The gaurd ran the alarm bell, and then the men manning the gate attempted to close it. All the Tree Hill gaurds that were present in the area swarmed the gate in the hopes they could hold the gate until it could be closed. Traven Goodsbrow, and the Oakheart twins Frasier, and Thomas Oakheart were in the vicinity and would also move in the direction of the fighting at the gate. Traven and the Oakheart twins would be overwhelmed alongside the rest of the gaurds at the gatehouse and the Orcs swelled into the city from the main gate shattering the cork that held the Orcs at bay. Once they had control of the gate the Orcs quickly destroyed any resistence that managed to form in the outer city, while they began destroying and setting buildings ablaze.
Fall of Typhon's Keep
- "Typhon's Gate was the personal keep of House Typhon, and the fact that they held to the last man bought time for the rest of the city to atleast get a chance to survive at the main keep."
- -Lucas Scott
Located in the northern section of Tree Hill the estate of House Typhon was a small but secure keep that had long controlled the northern section of the city. A vassal of House Scott they would be within their estate as the city burned and the northern half was completely wiped out. Blocking their gates when the Orcs arrived on the scene the males took to the walls and fired upon the Orcs drawing major attention to themselves and slowing the advance as the Orcs attempted to take the Keep. The Gate was bashed down, but the defenders had placed a barricade behind this forcing most of the Orcs to use makeshift ladders, and ropes to climb onto the walls. Getting onto the walls the Orcs would wipe out the defenders including Lord Typhon and his two sons, and would thus gain entrance into the courtyard within. The final son of House Typhon would defend the inner hold nearly alone trying to protect his mother, cousins, and sisters but watched as the Orcs killed the remaining gaurds and the rest of House Typhon were massacred in the inner hallway.

who were still racing trying to get inside but the risk grew increasingly real as the Orcs begin overruning the courtyard despite the archer fire from the walls. Lucas by this point entered the frey alongside Garlan, and Paul Tyrell, Deert Dravion, Hank James II., and Hansal Oakheart and the group would move to Devon Davion who they pushed to keep the gate open, but he was reluctant fearing the fall of the entire remaining population if he did this. The commander held off after Lucas convinsed him to hold the gate open as long as he held the bridge, but regretted his decision when his son Deert Davion followed Lucas onto the bridge.
- "I watched him tell that man that he was going to go over the wall and everything inside of me desperatly needed to stop him from killing himself. His heart was not completely in surviving and the moment you went into something like a battle you needed to be completely driven to live. If there was even a sliver of doubt then you shouldn't be doing it. But how do you tell someone you love to betray what they believe to be right? How could I make him understand that nothing was as important as him surviving. How did I let him know how truly important he was."
- -Peyton Sawyer
Overcome with relief that she was alright he ran to her, not caring what had transpired between the two. Peyton was hysterically crying and Lucas held her until he overheard the gatemaster saying he was going to shut the gate, thereby dooming hundreds perhaps thousands. Before Peyton could stop Lucas he had rushed over to the gatemaster and volunteered to hold the bridge. The gatemaster was beyond skeptical, and he also knew that Lucas was the prince of House Scott, and because of this Dan would have his head if he let him do something so stupid but in the end Lucas convinsed him to give him the time he could. With his plan in place he scanned around for Peyton and when he saw her he quickly returned and said goodbye.
- "If this is the end Peyton I want you to know that I loved you. I may not always show how much I love you but just know that in my heart you were always what kept me going...Just know that I loved you."
- -Lucas Scott
And with that Lucas kissed her and then ran to the bridge alongside the other members of his party leaving a destroyed Peyton to watch him leave. Peyton attempted to get onto the wall to see him but the gaurds forced her back farther into the keep where she eventually met up with Brooke, and Haley who watched with her from the Dragon Tower what they believed was the death of Lucas Scott on the bridge. By this point Nathan had organized the defenders to mobilize against the bridge and he commanded nearly two hundred hardy archers who provided a heavy stream of arrows onto the incoming Orcs thinning their numbers greatly for Lucas and his party. As the Battle of the Gate was moving forward Lord Dan Scott would become infamous silently when he murdered Hank James of House James after the man had stumbled into his room and found a letter detailing his knowledge of the Fall of Tree Hill being a planned event.
The Defence of the Bridge
- "Was jumping onto that bridge a smart move? Probably not, but the alternative was locking that drawbidge and watching as hundreds if not thousands of people that might have lived died. I couldn't just sit there and watch the city I loved fall in such a way."
- -Lucas Scott
Lucas and his party alongside five men at arms of various houses proceeded to hold the bridge for almost an hour under extremely difficult cercumstances. At first he moved far past the bridge as he shouted for people to hurry up and get inside, but after fifteen minutes he started to see the first trickle of Orcs moving forward and it was in this moment that he held the road for a time stopping Orcs with carefully aimed bow shots. Garlan, and Hansal Oakheart were also firing arrows near him, while Deert, and Hank were directing people towards the bridge and making them hurry. He and the rest of the party were slowly pushed back by their numbers as he didn't want to be cornered in the street, so he pushed himself to the first tier of the bridge and thus allowed the people to continue getting inside the Keep. While they were pulling back two of the other men at arms fell to Orcs, and Deert took a horrifying blow to his arm of which when Lucas moved to him they were both very aware that the wound might be fatal, but he refused to retreat and they covered it as best they could. His desperate fight continued as the Orcs begin swarming at him in increasing numbers, and during this time he held the front of the bridge standing side by side with Garlan Tyrell while the other men at arms, and the party joined the archer fire from the walls as they devestated the incoming Orcs. At times they would be assisted by some of the fleeing soilders, but they basically held it alone against hundreds of marauding Orcs for nearly a half an hour. Wave after wave failed to get by him and Garlan, and as his success seemed more and more likely gaurds from the wall joined his defence of the bridge. They continued to hold until finnally they were confronted by the largest Orc any of them had ever seen, alongside nearly half a dozen other massive Orcs and hundreds of others that also tried to get by.
- "His skin was bright red, and he was so large that he seemed to obscure everything around him. He pushed two of his own men off the bridge in his desperation to get at us, and I raised my shield knowing this wasn't going to be an easy fight."
- -Lucas Scott
The Orc was Lugdush and was the second highest commander behind Jurden Hardaxe himself, and was perhaps the strongest of the lot and for this reason Jurden had sent him at the vangaurd and when watching Lucas murder Orc after Orc he saw his chance to rid himself of Lugdush. The Orc moved up to the lines surviving archer fire from the walls without any pause, and raised his sword before killing the man next to Lucas and sending Lucas, and Garlan flying to the ground and knocking Garlan uncounsious against the ground. Lucas called out for the other men to retreat, but they refused to leave him and his party stood side by side with him as Lugdush attacked again. Deert would be the first ot fall as Lugdush ignored a slash across his chest from Lucas and cleaved Davion nearly in two, and followed by this Lucas ducked underneath another slash from Lugdush and slid behind him engaging two of the other massive Orcs. While Lucas fought them Hansal was slashed across the face by Lugdush and killed, while the three men at arms were killed by the other Orcs with Lugdush with the last Orc dying as it killed the last man at arms leaving Lucas killing the remaining Orcs while Lugdush and Hank James II. battled.
- "The thing stood as high as a building it seemed. It was a monster of the demons themselves, and it made you understand clearly what was happening. Watching Deet, and Hansal, and James and then all those poor men I just hated the thing. I let that hate overcome me, and I'm glad I did."
- -Lucas Scott
Dodging blow after blow Hank was joined by Paul of whom would slash Lugdush badly on the leg knocking him to the ground, but when Hank went for the killing blow Lugdush would grab him and break his neck before throwing him into the moat. Lucas by this point had killed three of the large Orcs, and one of the final was able to overwhelm him and push him to the side, and as it raised its axe to kill him an arrow struck it in the head. Looking to the source of the arrow he saw his brother Nathan on the wall, and the two shared a quick look before Nathan reaimed his bow and fired once again into the mass crowd behind them. As Lugdush cornered Paul against the side of the bridge and prepared to kill him Lucas jumped on his back and was able to stab him through the less armored back part of his neck killing the massive Orc. Now exhausted from that fight and standing alone on the bridge he was finnally forced to pull back when nearly 50 Orcs almost surrounded him, causing him to jump into the moat. Those on the wall believed he had been struck down and killed. The Gryphon gate was then shut but Lucas was stuck on the outside of the wall.
Closing the front door
- "I woke up in a ditch on the outskirts of the wall. My survival rested upon the simple fact that the Orcs had killed everyone and thus they didn't believe it was possible for anyone to be alive outside of the wall. A more determined force might have checked my body, but I lay there awake in the water for nearly two hours before I finally was alone enough to make a dash for the keep."
- -Lucas Scott
But Lucas was not dead. He managed to sneak his way around the city, and it was during this time that he would further his fame. He managed to sneak back to the outer city gate, by moving silently through the sewers that ran from the Scott Keep all the way to the front entrance of the market which was just a short run to the gatehouse. Finding none of the Orcs had worked on clearing the sewers he was shocked to find dozens of people hiding themselves in the sewers, and warning them they needed to quickly make their way to the keep he kept moving arriving at the market entrance, and leaving the sewer he looked out and saw the gatehouse. Flowing through the gatehouse were the Orcs, and he knew that unless he stemmed the tide the Gryphon gate would be overwhelmed with little difficulty, and thus he snuck his way along the side of the road and made his way into the tower where he killed the three Orcs gaurding the main floor of the gatehouse before making his way upwards into the actual door mechanism room. Once there he wiped out the Orcs who were now holding the gate house. There were dozens of Orcs spread throughout the gatehouse tower but they were in a rampaging mood and thus he was able to ambush them room after room until he had cleared his way to the actual mechanism that would control the porticuls. Once he had control of the gate house he closed the outer gate. By shutting this gate he had managed to stem the flow of Orcs entering the city, and through this act most likely saved the inner city who was having great difficulties holding. Quickly making his way onto the ramparts he was forced to briefly fight his way along the wall before he jumped off the wall onto the roof of a house below. Making his way from roof to roof he would get himself all the way back to the keep and seeing the keep wall, he was able to fashion a rope that he used to climb back over the inner wall, where he was found by his brother Nathan passed out on the wall.
The Siege of Tree Hill
| The Siege of Tree Hill|
At a certain point you just give up. Staying within those walls watching these monsters attack us every day was just something you cannot possible move forward from. The life within my heart was all but gone by the time you reached us.
Following the destruction of the army of Earl Scott the main army of Lucerne that was within eye sight of those nobles looking from the top tower of the Scott Keep would retreat out of the area. This retreat was due to the fact that Bill had ordered them to pull back and return to their homes, but the people of Tree Hill saw it as a sign that they were doomed. Far beyond this as well was the fact that the Titan Odin had come to Morrigan the "Daughter of Flemeth" and removed a significant piece of her corruption and making her believe that Flemeth wished for her to delay the destruction of the city. Pretending to be a member of Mordor she would bribe him into holding off, and this played to his larger plan of weakening his rivals whenever they rose, and thus the siege would be something that was going to technically go on forever. The Orcs would under the manipulation of Morrigan settle down for a siege, and stopped their attack against the walls of the city despite the fact that the defenders were beyond exhausted, and wouldn't be able to hold if an attack came. Jurden decided early on after this manipulation that he was going to make this psychological in that he wanted to weaken his opponents in his own army so that when they moved on to Forks he would be completely dominent, and at the same time he truly enjoyed the pain he was going to cause on the humans of Tree Hill. Food was sparse, the Orcs basically sat outside their walls, and the population of the keep was in a near breakdown point. As panic began to set in for the town, Lucas stood up and gave a speech that many point to as the moment the siege truly began.
This speech is arguably the moment that the people found something to believe in as they searched for some silver lining, or some distant hope that in the moment they watched the Lucernian fires leave the area didn't seem possible. For the first months of the siege the Orcs attempted systemic warfare in which they kept the Tree Hill citizens up all night using loud noises and such. Following this having little affect the forces of Tree Hill would begin to fear for their food supplies as they dwindled, and while plans were drawn up to begin farming in the open areas of the town, this would become their main source of food outside of the large but not inexhaustible supplies in the keep. With this real threat at hand it was at this point that Morrigan would silently begin to have her soldiers bring large amounts of food into the city, and she would use her Magi to transport it from her house to the stores of the keep. This became quite the folk tale in Tree Hill as the people came to believe they were being blessed by Glaurrung as food was simply appearing. Lucas would become curious enough that he hid himself in the storeroom and waited all night until something happened when Morrigan entered the storeroom seemingly through a wall. Watching her from his hiding place she would summon the food from her home inside the storeroom, and it was only when she was completed her ritual that she saw that she was being watched.
With the food situation fixed due to miracles the people believed the Orcs realized the starvation wasn't working and begin to probe the walls with attacks which were easily repulsed due to the small amount of troops that were sent. One day though two very large Orcs would appraoch the walls carrying the bodies of unnamed murdered soldiers of Tree Hill, and stood at the gates screaming in a rough basic that they wished to duel the most powerful amongst the defenders. Lucas became enraged that they paraded the dead bodies in such a way and opened the gatehouse and walked across the bridge. Meeting the Orcs he would fight them both at the same time, and despite being outnumbered and the Orcs massive size he was able to kill them both. Nathan, and Garlan Tyrell brought men outside the walls and collected the dead bodies they could as the Orcish horde looked on shocked that Lucas had killed was amounted to the top commanders of the Orcish Horde.
Giving in to the Pain
As the duels increased in ferocity, and difficulty Lucas found himself growing more and more depressed, and he couldn't find a way out of this depression. As it got worse he and Haley grew even closer as Haley and Nathan had never really recovered from their pregnancy problems. On top of his declining mental health was the fact that his brother Nathan was becoming jelous and openly resentful of his brother's increased fame and the fact that no matter what he seemed to do it just couldn't give him the kind of respect that Lucas just got easily. The problems with Haley and Nathan meant that Haley begin to look at Lucas in a different light then the simple platonic way they had existed for years before. While Lucas had feelings for Haley for years before this Haley now accepted that what had drawn her to Lucas wasn't something platonic or a search for companionship but instead was a deep and resounding love. Even as they grew closer she watched as her love in Lucas was not quite enough to make him ignore the terrible things going on in his life, and this broke her heart. She and Brooke continued to try and help him but every time he got close to moving forward he was forced to engage in another duel. At the same time as Haley was getting closer to him Peyton was falling farther apart, as Peyton found herself on the outside watching all the other women in his life picking him up, and him being to disapointed in what he had become to even go near Peyton.
Lucas after his third duel with the Orcs went to the top of the keep of Tree Hill, and as he stood there he contimplated ending his life. He thought about everything he'd be giving up, and everyone that he would miss but the pain in his soul was just so loud that he didn't see a posibility of getting out of it. In this moment Haley who had been following Lucas as she was the only one who knew how truly emotionally damaged Lucas was becoming made her way on to the balcony with Lucas and simply stood beside Lucas. While this moment was happening Morrigan was standing beside them as she had made herself invisible and was watching the changing mood between the two with utter pain, as she too had fallen in love with the troubled prince of House Scott. The two stood in complete silence for many minutes until finnally Haley reached her arm out and touched Lucas's arm, and as she moved her hand on his arm they both knew this wasn't a friendship style of comfort. In that moment he looked over at her, and the two seemed to finally accept what had changed between them, and they proceeded to have sex on the balcony of the keep tower.
Following this moment of acceptance on the balcony the two attempted to stay simply friends for the sake of Nathan but after only a few days of attempting this they found themselves giving into lust again and again until it happened more then once a day every day. This obsessive lust didn't abate and in fact continued to define the two throughout the middle of the siege, and only changed when Haley discovered she was pregnant.
With this strategy in mind Brooke and the rest of the survivors were treated to entire days of the Orcs simply standing throughout the city in painful arrogance of their numbers. They would do this and then scream throughout the entire night so that noone inside could sleep (as if they could anyway with the massive army just sitting inside the city. As the siege wore on it became a series of minor conflicts where Jurden would send his commanders that he wanted dead on near suicide missions against the keep, but even these suicide missions cost the defenders dearly as they ran out of basically all things they needed. During this time Brooke became knowledgable in healing as many of the women were forced to take on male roles in order for the city to survive while the men fought. She discovered during this healing time that she had quite the skill for the act of healing, and with very little prompting she is now capable of many things that regular nurses cannot even do. Even healing could not make up for the emotional damage that was done, as the Orcs paraded broken bodies around the walls, and due to the increasingly desperate situation they couldn't fire many arrows as there was increasing worry they would run out.
Raid of 5123As the years of siege went by a lull in the fighting had taken place as the Orcish commander was completely fine with draining his leadership rivals in duels with Lucas, while the defenders were worn out and emotionally destroyed. The Raid of 5123 came about when an especially large Orc took control of forces, and led them in a very large attack that unlike the overall Orc leader he was actually interested in destroying the city. The main attack came against the main gate, and they were hardpressed to hold them off as they ran across the bridge. Loras Tyrell led the defences and the orcs here were in greater number then every before and they broke into the courtyard of the keep. Fighting became brutal and a last stand broke out at the gatehouse as the defenders were overrun and the Orcs broke inside the Keep. Loras Tyrell would lead some twenty men into the breach and kill most of the attackers during the charge, and bought time for relief to arrive from the main keep. The large Orc would be killed at the eastern gatehouse by Nathan Scott and following his death the Orc force retreated, but the defenders had been drained beyond repair by the attack suffering immense losses, and Loras Tyrell fell into a coma following a massive blow from the large Orc.

Following the liberation he has spent his time further expanding the military might of House Tyrell, and he has personally begin using this strength to improve the reputation of House Tyrell. When the Civil War became more known to the people of Lucerne he personally travelled to Lucerne where he swore himself to Andrew, and promised the men of House Tyrell would stand beside him in any conflict that he required assistence with. This promise was something that meant a lot to Andrew and because of this promise when the Battle of Berne started in its planning phases House Tyrell was sent a request to join the army. This alone was a huge deal since following the Fall of House Targaryan and before that the events between the two houses during the Driving Tide the two houses had never been close.
Invasion of Westbridge

The Fall of Westbridge would shake the entire continent to its core.
When it came to dividing up the responsibilities of the attack on the lands of the Malfoy's it was House Scott that was obviously a part of the planning of the Invasion of Westbridge as they were a Lord House and Lucas Scott was very popular with the young King of Lucerne in William, despite the fact the two were estranged due to an argument between them when Lucas finally learned of Brooke Scott, and the King. While this planning hinged on several different sections the overall plan back in Lucerne was one that needed to all work together in connection in order to leave the path open for the main army of the King to engage Westbridge itself. Several houses would move against the outskirt castles, and towns south of Westbridge, while House Lovie and its vassals alongside others moved against the southern half of the Westbridge entrance. This meant that House Scott was required to take control over the invasion of the town of Breadin to the south east of Westbridge. The town of Braedin was the ancestral home of the large House Curtley, and as such it was heavily defended by the forces of House Curtley who despite their disloyalty to House Malfoy they were not willing to simply give in to outside pressure. This meant that House Scott when they left for the long trek north they prepared to siege the town, and its keep that the Order of the Green Dragon said was so heavily defended. House Scott left Tree Hill alongside their vassal houses and the sworn houses and made the long trek northward towards the village of Pomer. House Oakheart would send large forces under the command of Anakin Oakheart of whom was joined by his son Lucas Oakheart of whom was increasingly hateful towards his father for continuing to not get revenge for the death of Thomas Oakheart by Dan Scott, and Lucas was using this as a chance to build fame outside of his father in order to start his own cadet branch of the family with his sister Leah Oakheart, but was playing his father into believing he was trying to rebuild their relationship. During the times they were riding Lucas rode his horse beside Marvin Scott a man who despite being his cousin he barely had known and he came to find that the two had a lot in common, and they begin to build a true relationship.
When the Scott's were given command of the taking of Braedin William knew that with all the conflict between himself and the Scott's due to his affair with Brooke he would need someone to watch them, and thus he would recall his cousins from House Tyrell to Lucerne. It was decided that the majority of the forces of House Tyrell would follow the Scotts in the taking of the heavily populated and defended town of Braedin. Alongside assisting in the siege they would be placed in a position of watching Dan Scott in secret and seeing what manner of loyalty he showed during the campaign. Nearly four days into the trek he was greeted by the horse of Loras Tyrell riding up beside him, and the two of them came to ride together the rest of the way talking about random things. When they arrived they didn't join the main camp and instead passed west where they took control over the small village of Pomer where they left portions of House Faust to maintain its control and to make sure no one left the town and warned everyone else.
Scouting the Keep
Lucas Scott, and his cousin Marvin Scott were placed in a leadership role by William Lovie III. for the purposes of this siege and as such they took a small elite group of troops and during the middle of the night they went and surveyed the defenses of Breadin. When they reached the outskirts they were clearly able to see the true extent of the defenses, and realized quite quickly that the town was defended by what appeared to be a large keep that while it didn't surround the entire town it defended what must have been the House Curtley Estate alongside the center of the town. As they returned to camp and all the scouts begin to flood back they attempted to find the most simple way of taking the keep without taking horrendous casualties. Loras Tyrell advised that his scouts reported to him that the northern part of the town appeared to be undergoing some sort of construction and that he believed he could use this too his advantage and attack that section with House Tyrell and his sworn houses. While this was happening the entire castle had been surrounded, and thus Dan Scott would arrange for a parley with the members of House Curtley. Joining Dan in the meeting were the Patriarch's of the other vassals present and many of their heirs, while House Curtley sent their prince in the form of Barister Curtley II. and a few of the defense commanders to meet with them.
As they were leaving for the meeting it was the Tyrell's that revealed to several others the true directive of William Lovie III. through his own writing, but they worked hard to keep that they had revealed this truth so that they could do as William wanted and see if Dan would be loyal. Dan Scott would outline the terms of surrender, and made sure to note that William Lovie had said that they would retain control of Braedin but they would need to swear oaths of loyalty to the Kingdom of Lucerne. Dan Scott though would deviate heavily from the offer made by the King when he lied and said that a demand had also been made to allow a garrison of their castle until the conflict was over, and he did this directly in front of Dylan Tyrell of whom knew the true orders from William but remained silent. The last terms were obviously not acceptable to the prince, and so he regrettably rejected the surrender and prepared to return to the castle. As he was leaving he was told by Loras Tyrell that the Scotts had planned to have him captured and all his men killed. Hearing this just as he was leaving Barrister would return to Braedin with the belief that House Tyrell was on their side more then House Scott, and because of this it would affect the situation with Braedin. When Barrister Curtley II. returned to Braedin he met with the commanders and discussed how House Tyrell had told him that he was in danger and that only they had kept him from being killed.
The leadership of Braedin led by House Curtley became divided under the opinions of though's that wanted to speak to this House Tyrell and get them to accept the surrender of the city, while the other side wanted to basically fight to the death under the leadership of Varin Curtley. Barrister the heir of House Curtley said that he had talked openly with the prince of House Tyrell and that this young man appeared very much to want them to survive. Others would argue that Barrister was being used, and just didn't know that. The argument raged throughout the night, and Barister Curtley the Lord of the city remained passive until finally siding against his heir and deciding to fight hoping relief would come from Westbridge. His son was utterly shocked that his father had turned against him, and fled the room with several of his loyalists for the northern gate. Barrister when he arrived
With knowledge of how truly defended the town was they prepared for the siege the next day as they knew that was their time frame that they had to complete the siege and take control of the town. Lucas planned to have House Scott, and its Vassals move against the town from the south, while House Tyrell and its sworn houses moved against the northern side of the town. This plan was coupled with the silent constructions of his cousin Marin Scott who had constructed several secretive devices which he believed would allow the troops to enter the fortress unhindered from any fire that might come their way. These moveable siege towers were something he had devised while drawing and this would be the first time he had a chance to use them. As this was going on House Tyrell was already in position in the north, and thus was sitting waiting for what Mace hoped would be a message from House Curtley. While the north was peaceful the southern side which was defended by Varin Curtley was provoking the actions of House Scott. Varin had his men fire shots into the field in front of where the House Scott men were mobilizing, and blew his horns all night long to try and keep the preperations from being made.
The Tyrells Move
As the forces of House Scott moved their forces into position for an attack the following day, the forces of House Tyrell would move another plan into action. Mace Tyrell devised a plan where he would take control of the town through the relationship that he had built with the leadership of House Curtley, and his son Loras had played the game perfectly to the point that during the morning Barrister Curtley II. would sneak out of the northern gate and meet with the leadership of House Tyrell. The plan was for House Tyrell to enter the northern gate peacefully, and do this before House Scott sacked the city Barrister would lead the front echolons of House Tyrell into the gate, and they would move into the cities northern side at nearly the same time that House Scott made their attack on the southern gate.
The Fall of Braedin
As the forces of House Tyrell moved into Braedin the forces of House Scott moved against the southern gate completely unaware that fighting was happening on the southern wall. The forces of House Scott moved slowly across the field using their siege machines that blocked fire, and thought this was the reason for the lack of firepower against them, but instead it was because the southern gate was falling to House Tyrell. As they reached the gatehouse the gate door opened, and Mace Tyrell II. walked towards the machines letting them know that the battle was over. Dan Scott, and Mace Tyrell II. would nearly come to a duel, but Loras, and Lucas were able to calm the situation down, and losses were minimal outside of the defenders who lost significant numbers in the suprise attack by House Tyrell.
