Tyke is a large port town within the lands of the Day's Watch, and sitting along the Rhine River. Tyke is the largest, and basically the only port of the nominal nation of the Day's Watch, and for this reason it is usually always bustling and most of the wealth moving towards Frostdown flows first through Tyke and then into the capital. Tyke is ruled over by the Magistrate of the Day's Watch of whom is a powerful man responsible for the trade that flows into the lands of the Day's Watch, and because of this he is constantly monitered by another position called the Port Commander of whom is meant to be a more loyal version of the Magistrate.

Tyke like most of the Day's Watch is split between three major populations in the form of the majority being Atlantians, the second largest being Dolish, and the third largest being Goths. The Atlantians have fallen out of a massive majority but still hold most of the population, but the influx of Dolish into the region, and the exodus of the Atlantians into the more Atlantian cultured city of Frostdown has led to a shift.
